Not Soda delivers nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier services. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be dispatched and delivered.
1. Order processing and dispatch
All orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared. No goods are dispatched until payment is confirmed. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch to major centres. Deliveries to outlying or regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The applicable shipping cost is always confirmed at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is issued so you can follow your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
5. Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the order.
6. Courier delays, loss and incorrect addresses
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, Not Soda is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed by the courier. Any such claims must be lodged directly with the courier provider. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or a parcel is uncollected and returned to us, re-delivery costs will be for the customer's account.
7. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. These cases are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Large and heavy items
Canning machines and other large items are heavier consignments and may be delivered to the ground-floor entrance or kerbside of the delivery address. Please ensure adequate access and assistance is available to receive these items.
